How do you describe HAPPY? Are you happy? You can read a thousand books, go to seminars, watch DVD’s, and listen to CD’s but the real question is: What are you willing to do to be happy or to become happier?

Change is not at all hard. Change is a constant in life, however, change is the one thing most of us resist the most. Why? Because we love the way things are? I think not. It is because we know what we know and do not know what we don’t know so we accept the pain or unhappiness that we know instead of taking a risk.

The truth is, it is just as easy to do the things that will improve your life as it is not to do them. That is if we are willing to let go of the fear that holds us back.

So why is it then that it takes us so long to figure that out? Because we don’t see the long term results from our daily actions until it is too late. Our bad diet takes years to manifest ill health. Smoking takes years before we feel the ill effects. If we had a crystal ball and could see ourselves down the road 20 years it may be easier to make the changes we need to make.

We all have the knowledge of the long-term effects, but we do not think to change our bad habits. Making healthful life choices will raise your happiness level and your health. It is hard to be happy if you are not healthy.

Once you become happy the power of the Universe is yours. Tune into that power and let the power guide you. The happier you are the higher you vibrate and the easier for the power of the Universe to propel you.

When you tune into the power within you, you can be or have whatever your heart desires if you believe. To decide to be happy now, no matter what the circumstances, will bring you to your goal faster.

What do you do daily to raise your happiness level? The power to control your own happiness is in your hands. So, decide to be happy now! There is no how in Happy.

This is why I describe HAPPY as Having All Power Propel You. This is the power of happy!
